Any kind of development is about integration

  • Be it on an individual level – the integration of newly acquired skills, of various aspects of personality, roles or areas of life (work-life-integration)
  • Be it on a team level, where integration of new team members, functions, roles, tasks or values into existing structures is an ongoing challenge
  • Or be it on an organizational level, where major restructurings, changes or mergers require whole organizational units, cultures, systems and processes to be integrated, in order to use synergies and eliminate inconsistencies

Directions

Public Transport:

S11 or S12 from Zurich main station or Aarau/Brugg to Schlieren, 1 min walking distance from the station (northern exit towards Engstringen/Schlieren Industrie)

By car:

From Engstringen, Zurich or Baden/Dietikon via Schlieren north, Bernstrasse, towards SBB station (northern portal), past the bicycle parking and SONY building. Be aware: dead end road, no access from Rütistrasse. Visitor parking available (more P + R parking lots nearby)
